VEXMENCRT and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation acknowledging your details. A contract between you and VEXMENCRT is confirmed once you receive an email with your tracking information. We reserve the right not to accept your order if the item is out of stock, does not pass our quality checking stage, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment.

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order. The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer service before sending any items back to receive detailed return instructions.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and other major credit/debit cards. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.
